On 11 March 2020, the World Health Organisation (WHO) declared the corona virus (COVID-19) outbreak a pandemic.

At The 3rd International Conference on Dwelling Form (iDwell), the health and safety of all our participants, speakers, and stakeholders in which we operate is our top priority. We support and cooperate with all local government agencies to put all necessary measures in place to ensure the continued well-being of all with whom we engage in the course of our activities.

Following guidance from Indonesia’s Ministry of Health and local Bali Government and to address concerns of all stakeholders about holding iDwell in August, Universitas Indonesia and Universitas Udayana as the co-organizer of iDwell 2020, will postpone the event to Tuesday – Wednesday, 27 – 28 October 2020.

For everyone’s safety, we encourage all local and international participants to postpone arranging their travel detail for iDwell until August. Abstract and full paper submission date has been adjusted according to the new conference date.

As this is a rapidly evolving situation, we are monitoring the situation very closely and will continue to take relevant measures in line with the advice of local government agencies in the days ahead. We are doing our best to keep all our stakeholders informed in a timely manner.

We are also encouraging everyone to follow basic hygiene practices such as frequent hand washing with soap and water, wearing a mask if preferred and seeking medical attention if unwell.

For the latest information and resources on protection from the novel COVID-19, please go to the WHO website or the Department of Health.

We are grateful for your understanding and cooperation at this time of uncertainty.

Thank you and best regards,

The 3rd iDwell Committee
